Cerrado is a region within the largest coffee-producing state in Brazil. This coffee is clean with a creamy feel, low acidity, well balanced exhibiting a nutty flavour with hints of caramel sweetness.
Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, reseal the top of the bag and secure with tab or store in an airtight container: two weeks for ground coffee and three months for beans.
Prep Guidelines:
- Grind your coffee beans to suit your coffee maker.
- Add a spoonful or more for a stronger brew.
- Brew for 3-5 minutes, an espresso machine should take 25 seconds to pour.
